We only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product arrived broken or damaged
- The product did not arrive at all
If your item meets one of the above conditions, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@usaprinto.com with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged item (if applicable)
- A brief description of the issue
Once we verify the problem, we will either issue a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
Please Note:
- We do not accept returns for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or general dissatisfaction
- Items must be unused and in original packaging (if returned due to damage)
- Return shipping instructions (if required) will be provided via email
